It's the only time of the year I discount my Storytelling Sessions. These sessions include at least 45 hand-edited digital images delivered in an online gallery, along with a full print release—so you're free to download, print and preserve your images however you wish. I'll walk you through styling, create a custom mood board and give you guidance on what kind of clothing will look most beautiful and timeless in a photograph. We'll spend about an hour together on our session day, sometimes a bit more or sometimes less depending on your little ones. I always follow their lead.

One of my favorite things about these storytelling sessions is how, with a little time, everyone forgets about the camera. That’s when the magic happens.

I call them “storytelling sessions” because my focus is on capturing the season you’re in right now. We’ll absolutely get a handful of classic, everyone-smiling-at-the-camera portraits, but most of the experience is playful, emotive, and honest. Your kids will remember it as the best play date with mom and dad, while I gently guide, observe, and document the whole story as it unfolds.

Not only are these sessions for families of all ages, but this is the perfect opportunity for your high school senior session or expecting mamas. The images will make gorgeous albums and meaningful wall galleries because, seen together, they show who each of you are and the beautiful dynamic of you and your family. My Black Friday Sale gives you a $200 discount, with your $300 retainer due at booking and the remaining $300 due two weeks before your session.

Important Details

• Sessions must be scheduled between January and June 2026
• When you email to book, please share your preferred month(s), and I’ll send over my available dates
• If we need to reschedule your session due to bad weather, illness or an unforeseen conflict, don't worry. We'll make it work.
  
• You’ll have until December 1 to confirm your chosen date
• A $300 retainer is due at booking, with the remaining $300 balance due two weeks before your session
• Valid only in Orange County, California
